    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many options for Chinese dinner at 9 pm nearby. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mark and Seven, who provided a warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was obliging.

    The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city at night. The bed and pillows were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel amenities, including the swimming pool and Chinese restaurant, were enjoyable and added value to our weekend getaway.

    The staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional. Check-in took far too long and we were given a wrong room type, causing confusion.

There are many food options around the hotel, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area contributing to a delightful stay.

    The hotel's service needs improvement as the phone line operator sounded indifferent and unhelpful, which made me switch to the concierge promptly. the minibar cabinet could have a better design, so guests can access the contents without any discomfort.

    Friendly staff at the restaurant and poolside. the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor had tasty food and affordable prices. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city with various food options just a few blocks away.

    The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival as there were towels and slippers on the floor. Service was not consistent as some staff had a poor attitude and lacked knowledge about certain requests.

    the staff was friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable. We had dinner at a nearby Chinese restaurant at 9 pm, only a short walk away. the mattress and pillows were comfortable, and we had an amazing view of the city. We also loved the fantastic swimming pool.

    The minibar fridge was poorly designed, causing inconvenience to open and close, including potential harm to fingers.

    Great service from concierge. Perfect location for visiting Macao. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Convenient for travel to HK/Macau. Great in-room amenities and view. Close proximity to shopping malls. Next to a great bar
